Personally, I like the certain unambiguity of quote marks around a file name that contains characters which can have different meanings. ... Of course, I also still think spaces and select other characters should never have been allowed in file names(without a complete forced-breaking change in parsing), so what do I know? --- In UTF-16, where available. --- |

I think he's saying that flash drives are full of spyware and ratting him out to the KGB. The problem, of course, is that there is KNOWN spyware for ARM-based hard disks and as of yet no known flash drive spyware, so he's trading an unknown security fear for a known security risk. --- In UTF-16, where available. --- |

Posted by KawaGiven the subject's well-known love of Tor, I can't believe you trusted the IP. My guess was partially based upon his recent post about syrian refugees, combined with my certainty he was in Europe. According to Wikipedia, Germany is the current leading goal for syrian emigrants. ... Though just a few years ago, Sweden was the leader. Hence, different sources would have led me to different conclusions. --- In UTF-16, where available. --- |
